Do you know where I can find digital train recordings? I am putting togeher dcc sound files for my locos and need wav. sound file that have just the sound of a cirtain thing on a train (like the horn).

Do not know if it is digital for you. My wife bought a cd called "sounds of planes, trains, and automobles". Made in Canada, 2001. Madacy soecial products is the co. About 16 tracks are dedicated to trains. the variety is enormous. Telegraph key, stean & diesel engines, Inside pass.car while train is in motion, steamer leaving station, whistles, etc. Irt appears most were made in England and Canada by someone who took a mike around varkiopus train yards. I took the train part out and copied it 3 times for a one hour CD to play while running my trains.
