Posting Allowed in some Headings. not Others??

I'm new to this forum and have experienced an unusual problem.

I tried posting a 'new topic' to the DCC forum subheading and each time it tells me I'm not logged in (a screen pops up to inform me). Yet if I try this operation to some other topics it appears okay to be allowed??

Hmm, no problems for me either... Click on this link (http://www.modeltrainforum.com/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=19) and see if it does it (the link brings you to where you would create a new thread in the DCC forum)...

Worked OK for me this time. Maybe something was 'hung up'

Sometimes I will be competing with the B&M Flash express to post on the same thread. I usually get dumped so it may be a matter of bad timing.I have notice a glitch and have seen a new posting by someone else.
