Mid 70's Train Set 4-Sale

I have a train set form when I was kid I am looking to get rid of. I thought I would offer it here before I tried Flee-Bay. All the cars are in boxes and appear to be in good shape except the Patriot Caboose and the orange Katy Car. They are missing wheels and a bottom plate, which I believe I have in a ziploc baggy. There are also some track pieces as well. I am not sure if the Monon engine works, but the 2 SantaFe Engine look in good shape. I am also not sure if the controller works. They haven't been used in I couldn't tell you how long. I am not looking to get rich from this, just want to sell it to someone who can use and get a fair deal plus shipping.. Let me know what you all think...
