Trouble shipping using Canada Post?

I have been having problems getting stuff delivered to my office address - Canada Post has now claimed twice that the address does not exist. This has held up a vintage Marklin Gauge 1 set, and two Fleischmann N cars that were being shipped from within Canada.

Anyone else have some eBay tales of woe they would like to share?

I tracked down the source of the problem. The items in question were shipped to the correct address, but the senders failed to include the suite number of my office. If it's not there, it can't be delivered, even to the building. Which is a pain.

The vintage Marklin set is still missing, and I hope the seller will get in touch with me to arrange another shipment. That set I have been wanting to get my hands on now for six months!!
