How do I *not* get posts sent to my email address?

On the top link bar, hit "User CP"...
On the side bar, hit "Edit Options"...
In the second box, second section, choose "Do not subscribe" from the drop-down list...

I can disable this so it doesn't do it by default..

But it helps keep people coming back to the site.. :)

Any comments on this?
