All plastic Lionel train. (says Lionel) edit; does not say Lionel.
But won't fit on O/27 tracks. To big for HO track.

Second picture shows an O/27 truck for size comparison.

What gauge do you think this is?
Engine # is L2001 Tender says Casey Jones and game train.
What do you think the year 2001 it was built in?
Note the electric wires to the tender. It must make a noise.?:D

I wouldn't know one Lionel train from another, but to my eyes it looks like it would fit on just two of the three rails. Does it?

Your right on the Marx T-Man.

I found one. http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/2515558

I am missing windows and one advertising sign. I think I got a hand truck somewhere like the one they have for sale. But no shipping crates.

Years ago a train collector told me to invest in tin buildings. I have some and I check them out at shows .My tin station was at the last show for 23 bucks with a roof!!! BUt it was 23 I didn't have:( Looking from the back side of your station the Marx logo should be to the right on the ground. It is in the third picture on ebay right beside the hand truck.
I think tin looks great even if worn. I agree on the HO building.
I may have seen that station at a train show it looked familiar when I first saw it . SO what time period is it?? Late 30's?

Too Lazy for another post.
The Grand union must be O with 1.5 inch people=6ft
They probably both are 027 Marx was not true scale.
The small one may have been with a small wind up toy.
