Send me a digital camera and I can get you hundreds of tagged train pics.
I live right across from the tracks and they stop often and are covered with graffiti. :)

You should be able to do a google image search and get plenty.

you could also look at grafiti websites. I was going to make my own but the market is pretty saturated. I have over fifty different sets from five manufacturers. Theres always room though especially if you find reallly unique highly detailed samples of use higher printing quality
Most existing examples are printed on an inkjet an. You can see the dots

I know a 'professional' graphitti artist :)
Perhaps I can talk him into making some scans of his work.
Getting hi-res pics is a good idea though.. but for the proper finish I would expect that it would have to be in decal form?
SPTrains, is there commericial decals available for this purpose?

Yeah, there are tons, you can see grafitti decals (http://www.sptrains.com/search/search.php?keywords=grafitti&imageField.x=0&imageField.y=0) here
I suspect they're printed on decal paper for ink jets, we sell that stuff to for people that want to make their own decals. I've done a couple of my cars with them and I'm happy with the results.
