One of my O gauge box cars I got off fee bay arrived and when the box moved it sounded like some thing was broken big time!

I said !!!! !

I found this inside the car someone added unsecured "weight?"
6"x3/4" slabs of tile banging back and forth!
One screw and I got them out?

Duh.......:laugh::thumbsdown:

Luckily they caused no damage.
The rest of the car was packaged like you could hit it with a sledge hammer and it would survive.

Now I will incorporate the tile into my layout some how.

I left positive feed back.
Didn't say nothing as this seller is normally very good
and maybe his "helper" screwed up.

No sense starting a flame war with him.:D Nice guy I am.

It was in the first box car in line.
Nice car, good price, nice deal, I'm glad it didn't get damaged.:D

I don't know why the weight was added as it rolls down the rail fine.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU IT HAPPENED TO YOU?

Be truthful now.:D:laugh:

I'd have shipped it back to him, collect, with the message "This is your shipment arriving took off my mind."

I thought NJ always showed rubber tires. All I see is steam wheels??:D

The guy is probably looking for it, to complete his bathroom.

The guy is probably looking for it, to complete his bathroom.

As T-Man pointed out, ask him if he needs it back, for all we know his toilet might be rocking back and fourth due to the missing tiles....
