Next week sometimes, I'll be getting the epic "Track Planning for Realistic Operation" 3ed to add more to my library. If there are any recommendations, more into the theory of operations and layout, I'll be so very appreciative.

I think Anton here on the forum is a big fan of that book(or a similar one), and might swap some tips.

I once had that kind of collection. An arson several weeks ago ended it all plus some collector trains and misc.. The book I miss the most was a pre DCC book on DC and rail wiring which was a great reference and would love to have it back. So put them in a fire safe file.
