Here, I make a picture how-to for you... Just beware that the first method (PM1) deletes everything, so if you want to save a PM or two then you should use the second method (PM2)...

If you still have no idea what you are doing, PM me with the "goods" and I will sort it out for you ;)

I will give it a try. I do want to get rid of them all since they are just taking up space. :) Not that they are all not good, just that I don't have the time to go through them all and I am sure to get more. :):D

Maybe it is your web browser, what are you using? I know Internet Explorer works for me... Like what happens when you click on "Empty Folder"?

To be honest I have no idea and this is not my computer. I am sorry and will keep trying. I do know this computer is a Dell piece of ####. :)
