Babelectus Maximus hits the big 3000 post level!!!
On behalf of everyone on the forum (I hope!), I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Reckers (on a serious note) for all of his excellent and insightful contributions to the forum. He freely shares helpful tips, willingly points newcomers in the right direction, and is always good for a laugh or two ... usually at the expense of his beloved S scale.
So, Reck ... well done ... I hope you'll stick around for a few thousand more posts!

T-Man, thank you. I greatly appreciate that, since you and Big Ed spent a lot of time answering all my newby questions. It seems an old dog can learn a few new tricks!

I'm honored to have it, Komodo---thank you for making it for me. I'll switch back when it starts to look like I'm using your av to make it look as if I have a lot fewer posts than I really do!

Oh No B&M edited your post you must have said something nasty to me!
I learned from you too. Lets see.....I learned how to make a beeeeutifull lake out of glass. Well it was till you cracked it!:D
How not to treat pieces of history by just tossing them around on the layout.:D
But most important is to invite my old (young) lady to play with the, cough... cough, trains, when the kids are not home!
Pm me the part B&M cut out. I am dying from curiosity!

Nothing was cut out Ed, I just merged his four posts because he did not multiquote... I am fairly certain that I have pointed out how to do it before... Anyways, we have to give TJ a fighting chance to catch Reck

I surrender ... I SURRENDER!!!
(It's a bit of a Catch-22, though ... my act of surrender adds another notch to my post tally, I guess. Dohhh!!!)

He'll never catch me, Ed: S scale is faster than O gauge. Those big, clunky things you guys call locomotives can't corner like my Ferarris!
