I was afraid the house would blow away.

I hope the weather where ever you r is better.

Now I aam worried about my dad.

There is no severe weather around here, just more drizzling like it has every night this week... We never get any weather like you get in the west/central part of the country, tornadoes are VERY rare... Glad to here that you are okay though, and hopefully you will be able to get in contact with your father soon...

This storm was not as bad as hurricane Andrew which lived through and helped clean up.

I can not believe the cover up on that.

It seems like we keep getting thunderstorms up here on a daily basis now, LOL... Some of them apparently are carrying hail, or so the weather guy says, but luckily I have yet to encounter that...

I still remember when I was little and I absolutely hated thunderstorms, now I love them to death... Well, as long as I do not lose power :rolleyes:
