I don’t mean to let off a bit of steam and take it off your fun but you’re not the only one that deals with the cops.

I live way out in the woods off a gravel road. There has been at least one cop car sitting at the end of our driveway for the last 3 weeks. Most of the time there is one sitting somewhere else on our road. We think there trying to take down a moonshine / drug ring down the road. I run a blade down our driveway twice a week and they give me a hard time because I want them to move for 2 min that I scraping where they park. I just want to keep the driveway looking at least half way nice.

I had 2 trespasser 3 days ago and called 911 to get a cop out to take care of it and it took 30 min for the cops to get there. The 2 guys were starting to get nervous we me holding them at gun point for that long. One of them wanted to call the cops to see how much longer they were going to be. Just for the info and I don’t get as much crud about this the property line is cleared out for 200’ (100’ of my property and 100’ of the neighbors) the fence has a post every 15’ with one of 3 signs no trespassing, the registered (thought the county) trespasser will be prosecuted, or no trespassing hunting or fishing. They clamed they were hutting and shot a deer and they were chasseing it down but it’s not hutting season any more. There both in jail for hutting out of season and felony trespassing. I am pressing civil charges of trespassing on top of that so they should have fun.
