I am brand new here, and was attempting to upload some photos from my computer using the "Manage Attachments" feature. After choosing 5 photos and clicking "Upload", I got a message saying "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing". Can anyone help with this?

That's a new one on me. Are these .jpg files?
Make sure that you're photos (on your local PC) aren't too big. I'd say 1800x1500 pixels or smaller. It might be a size issue.
Did you try selecting and then uploading just one photo at a time?
(We used to have a block that a member had to have 10 or more posts before they could upload pics, but I don't think that's in effect any more.)

I looked at the photo properties, and they are jpg's, but are 3000x4000 pixels. How can I change these to make them fit the restrictions?

Photoshop or Microsoft picture manager will easily resize them

New MS Office (2010) can do it easily, too, in Windows 7.

Thanks for the replies...I'm as new to digital images as I am to model railroads. I ended up resizing with Paint, and then successfully uploaded my photos. Hopefully someone can help me identify my train and help me get it running!
