Ditzy Girls Talking MTV Ad

Alright ... this is pi##ing me off just a bit ...

Starting today, as I browse around the forum, some audio sound advertisement keeps playing on my computer ... ditzy girls talking about some MTV show. I haven't figured out how to kill it, or shut the bimbos up.

Is anybody else having their computer / forum "invaded" like this???

i use firefox with adblock add-in and don't see most of the commercials, including the banners on this site. its my bandwidth , why would i use it to download things i don't want?

I think I had that happen to me one day (thought I was going nuts). When I get on this forum for the first time in a day or so there is a window that pops up some for Google ads and some other ads. It seems to be happening more and more on this forum. Who is the one who controls what gets put up on here?

This ad problem has been rectified now. The thing with the ads is that we are in the UK and few such ads are not visible on our side. If anyone sees an ad like this, please send me a quick PM and i'll take them out..

We have also tweaked with the MTF server and should be a lot faster now. I can see that the speed has picked up a lot over here..please let me know if the speed's better for everyone..thanks!

How about the blinking congratulations your the 100,000 thousand visitor banner. The next day your the 999,999 visitor.

It makes you go cross eyed with all the blinking.

And the only thing they give away is your name and address.

Drives you nuts.

Can you trash that?
