Inserting a Signature Picture...

Woah! I just found out that we can have one image in our signature! Did I just miss this before, or did TwoRail add it in recently?

Here is how to insert a picture into your signature: Go to the edit signature page (http://www.modeltrainforum.com/profile.php?do=editsignature) and upload a picture from your computer... Then next to the picture, click on the "Insert Signature Picture" button... Now the BB Code "(SIGPIC)(/SIGPIC)" should show up in your signature and you can move it around to where you want it :cool:

You might talk to tworail because under where it says signature permissions
next to sigpic it says no.

Maybe it is coded so only Mods can do it, just like the avatar was when I first joined... I will let TwoRail know next time he is on :o

My signature page has: "Can Upload Images for Signature No".
I'm new, but I'd like to know when I'll be allowed to add one. Date? # of posts? or what/when?

Right now it is still set so no "regular" forum member can add a signature picture, regardless of your post count or membership time... As a mod, this is above my control, so if you would like to have a signature picture, PM TwoRail about it :)

What's interesting, although I haven't tried it yet, is that, right after the NO signature pictures, is YES for animated GIF's:

"Can Upload Images for Signature No
Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature Yes"

I don't understand the difference.
