trains on different tracks

Hi, Im new to this stuff. I have a train set that came with the EZ tracks type. I don't like the EZ tracks and prefer the regular tracks. Can the train set be used on a different track system or do I have to use the EZ tracks.

No sure... but I don't think it have influence... if it's same scale it shoudl fit.

You can use any track you like. More serious modelers and people planning more permanent layouts ditch things like EZ track right away.

It does have it's uses though, it can quickly be setup on the floor or table and is relatively sturdy. I would keep it around for purposes like that, but don't buy any more :)
