Entire HO Train Set for Sale

My 82-year-old grand dad is selling his entire large-scale train set, as he is unable to 'play' with them anymore. The set includes 70 engines (a combination of diesel and steam), 70 boxcars, 44 coal cars, 20 ore cars, 20 grain cars, 18 tank cars, 12 container cars, passenger cars, a town center, a farm, an ore mine, a coal mine, engine yards plus all the accessories. Also includes tracks, 5 control units, sound system… EVERYTHING! The entire set is worth over $10,000, but we are accepting offers over $3,000 plus shipping.

What brand is all the stuff?

If any of it is LGB I would be interested to see a list, specically if any of the models are of the European outline.

Is this still available? Is the layout a modular layout? Is it set up to be DCC compatible? Pics would be nice. What vintage and who are the manufacturers? I am not in the market for Model Power. I already have over 700 cars an a 100 engines. But may be interested if the quality is there and the price is right. What roads are represented?
