Pete,

Can't you do PayPal?

I could do PP but the extra fees on top of postage to me and then to you would be just too much. I will check it out again and let you know though. Maybe they have changed a few things since I used it last. Thanks for asking. pete

Checked into PayPal and it's way more complicated than what I want to get involved in for now. I,as a seller, am completly at their mercy for the fees that they charge and I would have to charge you 3% plus .30 extra per transaction which they call a surcharge and they don't allow that. A check in the mail only costs .45 and that's it and the money is available right now. Cuts out paying the middle man for doing what we can do ourselves.
If you want a lesson in if's,and's and but's, you should try and read the PP conditions that you have to agree to in order to get an account. Also I would have to have a business account and that costs additional money. Maybe someday all this will be necessary but certainly not at this time. Pete

If you can do PayPal I'll buy some stuff. I don't want to do snail mail old fashioned check-through-the-mail these days (sorry Post Office).

PP is about 3% of the sale price.

PP is about 3% of the sale price.

3% of $50 is $1.50. 3% of $100 is $3. That's nothing, really. Add it to my bill. If you want me to buy your stuff then use PayPal. If not then no big deal, we'll go our separate ways and no hard feelings.

Ya for a buyer the 3% plus .30 per transaction is no big deal. However I'm a seller. That's a whole different ball game. If sending a check in the mail for .45 is too much of a hassle for you then I can't help you. With the savings on my stuff I think you will have a hard time finding the same things at a better price.
If I were selling at the normal hobby shop markup that would be different. But I'm not even close to that full markup so I can't get involved in credit cards ($1500 startup fee) or Paypal ($200 startup fee plus other fees) at this time. Pete
