USA Install new style couplings in old Mantua

Hi Guys
I want to install new couplings on my old Mantua yard steam engine, I took it apart to see if new couplings will just fit in place but they don't.
Are there kits to go from the old ring coupling to the new ones? if so where do I get them. My engine is about a 1957 vintage, I know this because it was my Christmas present, tried to kill it when I was a kid but the darn thing still works.
Thanks 2tall

Can you post some pics? Are you wanting to replace both couplers, or just the rear?

Hi Guys
having trouble with pics but will try again. The pics look terrible, maybe I should repaint it, it runs ok for a really old engine. See pics.
Thanks 2tall
