Scales Modeled: O - Pre-war only, so far...
One post seems out of character, for this place. But it just may be taken out of context, just like many emails and texts...

I love the GS daylight. Did you see where the 4449 was repainted and honored to pull the 1976 freedom train? totally awesome.

I do mostly East Coast lines, but the SP Daylight is my one exception. I have the K-Line scale GS-4 and eight of the MTH Premier SP Daylight 18" cars, it's a great looking consist!

John, 8 times 18'' per car length, plus 24-26 " of engine (I'm guessing, there) probably means your layout must take up a third of your block! What a sight 12-plus feet of Daylight - add engine length - has to be. Daylight colors were never bested anywhere, even tho' so many love the Warbonnet. Pls. publish some pics of this icon when you can.

Big Mike's, too!

Big Mike, would love to see some shots of your Daylight and GS. What a great color combo!

I'll have some pictures when I bring this to the club layout. We have some really long straight stretches that allow the passenger cars to "stretch their legs".
