    Flyernut,
How the heck are you. I have been away from the trains and the forum for too long. Jumped on here today to do a little catching up, and I see your name right away. Hope all is well with you and your toys, LOL

Hello Flyerenut. It was suggested that you might be able to use my two vibrating people that were part of my American Flyer passenger station back in the day. I suspect that they are about 60 years old, and in very good condition, complete with the felt. They are not ready for Medicare yet.

It's too easy to just buy a new set. When I buy fingers, I always buy 2 sets of each.

Going to try something, I have some old fingers in the e-unit and a new set with a broken bar. Was going to cut the old off of the old bar and solder the new ones which will be cut off also onto the old bar with a little copper left on it. what do you think, is it possible.

Thanks, I bought it, the transformer is an A/F type:7B,70watt from 1946, needs work, switches are good, loco runs in reverse only, but that can be fixed. Good buy.

P.S. I have a question: The A/F #302 is wired correctly, checked and double checked. Current runs through all wires but 2, the ones going to the field. Any ideas?

    Flyer,
There are some items on ebay, an A/F #21165, runs only in reverse, pair of switches which work, 2 powerclips, 1 uncoupler and aan old untested A/F transformer for $40.00 and free shipping. What do you think, is it worth it?

    flyer,

Got any spare parts in your inventory, like a front truck for an A/F 302 loco and a headlight assembly plus bracket?

Got her going again, she lives, but I think she needs a good cleaning and possibly a loose wire
