I'm fairly certain I'm using 28 vs 128, I've never changed it from factory setting. I have a Bachmann non sound and a Bachmann sound value that I consisted. The sound value decoder is way better....

I doubt the 1970s have flywheels but my 1980s one does. They are great runners and I like mine alot. The handrails are a son of a gun to install. 30 bucks new old stock.
