With the smoke off it still happens. With sounds off it still happens as well. Sitting still I can run through the PFA, use all sounds, etc. The chuff sounds seems to be where the stutter happens....

The more I look the more I like the Lackawanna and C&O F3's and the Hudsons. I think I'd be in for the Lackawanna if there were matching passenger cars, although that road was mostly coal freight.
