Short of fishing the tires on inside the sideframes, you have to drop the truck and remove the sideframes to change the tires.

Pretty sure the MARS light on these is the little K-Line MARS light...

I totally forgot that they made the term longer. I got mine last year, and it expires in 2025, the standard PA licenses expire in three years. It's actually going to end up being cheaper. ;)
