My fellow Tennessee modelers - Does Knoxville have a annual train show? If so could you post a website or general information pertaining to the event?

Also, does Knoxville have many Hobby Shops that carry train items?

Looks like there was one in Louisville a few weeks ago. http://greattrainshow.com/schedule/

Here's some other show schedules:

Mr. Google can usually find what you need:

I tried google but I was only finding old information. Louisville wouldn’t be a bad drive from me but I guess I missed that one. I will check out the links you game me.

What part of VA are you from Tom? I was born and raised in Virginia.

Hi, There is sometimes a Great Train Show in Knoxville, but not every year. Check the paper. There is a monthly meeting in Maryville TN at the Blount County museum of an HO group and a large club in Oak Ridge at the Children's Museum. Both have layouts and are friendly. I'm N scale and at loose ends, need a similar group. .
