Virus? ImgSync?

For the past few weeks I have been getting a message wanting to open or save a program called ImgSync from Image8.pubmatic.com. MTF is the only place I see this from. Can anyone shine any light on this. I even did a restore procedure after it first appeared. Just popped up again today and popps up every time I go to a new thread or change to the next page

I never get popups here. Have you tried superantispyware and Malwarebytes?

Or, learn how to go into your appdata and a couple of other places to rid your computer of this.

the spyhunter 5 utility [from Johns link] seems to be okay, very slow though ...
it did find one thing that malwarebytes missed, a Conduit Search / Toolbar thingy ..

Problem Resolved

Problem resolved.
Thanks to all that gave me info. Problem was within Internet Explorer. Just coincidence it popped up on this site only Had to manually put the link in from MichaelE to get to Microsoft and searched the database for ImageSync. Cleared the problem and went to the link from Gunrunner. Ran the info given there and cleared out some other stuff that should not have been there. Thanks again to all

That is good news Steve. I'm glad you were able to resolve this issue.
