Building ID?

Many years ago I was given an entire layout, disassembled. In it were 10 or 12 buildings, kits that were put together. Since my interest in this hobby is rekindled, I dug them out. I've had to do some repairs, and have identified all but 2 of them. I'm wondering if you all might be able to help.

"Rita's Antique Shop" (left) and "Southside Smoke Shop" (right). The only markings inside them are numbers. They are both 3 story buildings.

That one was built from a Long Extinct Downtown Storefront series vintage IHC kit. This picture shows all 5 stores in a city block setting that was offered.

Roofs look the same except the fence on the one if that is a fence?
Why would they need a fence on the roof? Did you add that?

Google my best friend.
Found those on E Bay.

You can dress yours up some with some advertisements on the side and some kind of weathering application.
You can print out the old advertisements and put them on.
Or just buy a sheet they are out there.

IHC stands for International Hobby Corporation.

They offered a N scale town too.
There is one on E bay for 17 bucks.......N scale.

The guy that list the others I posted weathers and adds things, he has a bunch more, wants 75 bucks each plus around $7.50 to ship.

I got them from a guy going through a divorce. He had to disassemble the layout, and in the end, had no plan. He needed to get it, and a couple of shop tools out of the house. I still know him, and could ask, but I seriously doubt he'd remember.

Mine don't have skylight windows, and have a single small chimney. And the fence is anyone's guess. Maybe if you had kids, and wanted to keep them from the edge of the roof?

Or dogs?

Heck it wouldn't be hard to fabricate a chimney up out of something. I think I would make a taller one?

Knowing the dude, I'd say no bashing here. Truthfully. I may not use these. I'm 6 or 8 months away from my next home purchase, and probably months more before I can start a layout. My current next door neighbor rekindled my interest, so I dug the structures out. In my "dreaming" of a layout, I see use for many of the 10 main pieces I have. And I have cataloged everything I have. These are the last ones to do. I am deep into repair of a Tyco Brewery.
