A little ETS electric was making the rounds on the Seattle & Yakima RR this past weekend. Neat little tinplate steeple cab electric with the tinplate rolling stock.
Hey seayakbill, I do have an idea for you and not a goofy one like "Beer Beer". If the era of your layout is pre-Seahawks, when I was a kid growing up in 1960's Seattle, Husky football was practically a religion. A gold W on purple on the occasional sign or building side would be appropriate. Just don't get caught east of Snoqualmie Pass wearing anything with a U of Wash logo on it . . . we're WSU Cougar fans out here.
GNFan, been a UDUB fan since the late 50's. Spent many a Sat sitting in the rain at Husky Stadium. I am also a Cougar fan for every game of the year except their last game of the regular season.
John, bought it a few years ago from ETS. They use to have a booth at York. I have not been at York for a couple years so I don't know if they still attend. Their booth use to be in the corner by Train World.
