Adding graffiti to a bridge

I have this type of bridge and am interested in adding graffiti to it.
I have seen kits pictured in a book but those were for smaller scales.
Does anyone sell graffiti for Lionel/O scale bridges?
I am also interested in doing it myself.
Any advice of what materials to use and how to do it?

Scales Modeled: HO, poorly
You might be able to use Kingreds (?) method for his clapboard signs.

He prints signs (ie graffiti), to scale, on regular paper. Then sands the back of the paper till its pretty thin, and sticks it on to the structure. Because you've sanded the back of the paper, some of the colours aren't as strong as before (you get a bit of colour from the structure showing thru / affecting the final colour), so it gives it a nice weatherd look.

Its practically free too, so It'd be worth an experiment I reckon
