After some much thought about our house size, I had decided to stay with only N scale stuff. O and HO are getting packed up in boxes and crates hoping to be used with future grand children. That means I will getting rid of some buildings, lights, and bridge structures over time.
As an Art Curren fan, one of my favorites from him is the Flat Iron Co., built using three Belvedere Hotel kits. Mine is named Weaver Textiles (yeah, I know. Groan). Built it back in 06.
Anyway, found a couple Belvedere kits at the local train show last month for $10 a piece and snatched em up...
I have this among other plasticville buildings, I am working on restoring them. However this building i can't seem to locate who makes it to get parts for it to clean it up. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Both buildings are in their original packaging, which has been opened for inspection only. The kits are no longer available.

For the past several years www.ScaleModelPlans.com has been offering a new plan each month, but with a double move, (home and office), and unforeseen circumstances, we are several months behind. We will soon be back on track. (No pun intended, but it seems to fit). We will soon be coming out...

I would love to see someone post a Painting Sticky with some basic painting guidelines that us novices can use. Some of my questions would be should all building interiors get painted flat black? What if you intend to add interior details? Tips for painting without an air brush. When is a...
This is an O scale structure using 110lb cardstock and the tutorial at:
Windows, doors, and siding can be cropped from ANY photograph and "painted" into plans.
This is my first Z Scale structure. I needed a few more band-aids, but I did it!
I reduced our N scale Plan 735 to Z scale to see how it would work. This is a C.O.R. Depot - could be Frankford, COE Hill, Marmora, or a few others along the Central Ontario Railway line, now part of CN.
This website features paper structures, traceable patterns, and plans for HO scale structures. N scale will be added in late March 2011, O scale in the near future. Possibility of custom scales in the future.
All plans are downloadable PDF files that can be printed on a...
