Whats the number or name on the passenger car? Do you have more of them?
Number on the tanker and hopper?

Do you have a starting price on the 2065 w/t the tender?
Does it run?

Any kind of damage on it? (cow catcher, marker lights, steps, cab etc)

Can you post some more pictures of the 2065 w/t tender. Front, sides, back and bottom?

Are you piecing it out or selling as a lot?

Gee, Ed doesn't sound too eager does he?
Numbers never really matters if the price is right. I know the numbers I need to know.
I have overspent, so now is a bad time to buy.
It is very tempting.

Update with more pics and information

There is no damage to the locomotive, cow catcher, marker lights, cab and steps are in good shape. It needs to be cleaned and theere are a few places that the paint is missing. I have attached several more photos, my camera is not the best.
The passenger car is the silver bluff #2534 SOLD Pending Payment
The NYC Gondola is #6462
The Great Northern boxcar is #6464 SOLD Pending Payment
The Sunoco Tank Car is # 6415
The Lehigh Valley Hopper car is #25000 (Lionel 6456)
The SP Caboose is # 6357

I have looked over the item closely and there is no damage other than some paint rub off in small areas. The locomotive runs good, smokes, and the tender sounds fine. Everything needs to be cleaned!
I can sell as a lot or individual pieces. I wanted to make this offering to the board before listing it on evilbay.
Please feel free to make an offer on the lot or the items you needs. Please make you offering to include the total you would like to pay including shipping.

Eager.......no:cool:

Nope T, I am some what like you and have over spent a lot in the last few years.:D (maybe more then you)

Since you can't tell by the picture of the engine it's all pertinent questions on the condition of the Loco. As you can't see if it's damaged and missing markers steps and the rest.

Car numbers are nice to know when thinking about buying something even though I guessed them right.

And a starting price would be nice so I don't insult the seller.

It would be nice to know a ball park starting number on the engine.
I know if I offer $25 bucks he would laugh at me and probably wouldn't answer me again.
Would he do the same at $50 bucks? $75 bucks? $100 bucks?

Or is he thinking $200 bucks?

Or $300 for the lot?

Or some sellers would think $1000 would be a good lot price.

Like I said before I am all ways willing to "steal" a deal.;)

Thanks for the extra pictures, Anton must be rubbing his eyes right now!

I know I got dizzy from looking at some of them!:D

Prices

When I list something that I know something about, I list prices. I am into HO and I know very little about Lionel. I have had much success with this forum and I thought I would offer the items here before listing them on an auction site.
I am sorry for the eye straining photos, but I have a very simple camera. I will try to get better photos up.

Do you take pay pal?

Would you take $75 for the engine and tender and the one passenger car?
I pay the shipping?

I have the caboose, tank car, gondola and hopper car left.
$50 shipped in the US for the rest
The money went out today Kyle. Let me know when you get it.

How were you going to sell on e bay?
I never sold on e bay yet. I thought they forced you to have a pay-pal account?
If you had one the money would have been in your hands in 5 seconds.
All you need is a bank number.

If you had pay-pal I might have picked up the rest too.:D

My number on e bay is around 288 now all items I bought. As I have not ventured into selling yet. I am 100% positive feedback. And that 288 probably totals out to over 1000 items bought.:D

Selling

I do not have a paypal or ebay account. When I do sell on ebay I take the items to the local pack and post, they offer ebay listing for a percentage of what the item sells for. I have not sold anything with them in several years, it may not be possible to make anything now that the fees have went sky high. I had promised to purchase a box of trains from a local charity not knowing what they were...that is how I ended up with the Lionel items...just wanted to get my money back.
Your bucks went to help the Asheville MANA food bank.
