I recently picked up this large motor 336 from "miracleworker", who has advertised here before, and from whom I purchased my Rocket passenger set. This is a very nice engine, I haven't ran it yet as I've been so busy with other people's stuff I just can't get near my own. I also have a 322 and a 290 to work on, and some turn-outs.I have 1 more engine out of a batch of 15 to work on, plus a total of approx 50 freight cars.Anyways, a huge shout-out to "miracleworker", he came through again with a nice product! Thanks Bob!!!!

It does look nice. I missed it in the earlier pictures, it appears to be a direct wire version.
The layout looks good after your cleaning spree. I am reminded how many variations of the Plasticville Ranch House you have on the Layout. The brown/red is interesting, the Salmon/charcoal house probably exists somewhere.

I'm always relieved when something reaches it's destination safely. Thank you, Loren, the "flyernut" stamp of approval is a coveted endorsement.
You were talking earlier about double-heading a pair of the large steam ponies. Now you can assemble the fabled triple-header. Let the pulled drawbars commence.

My buddy has refined the double-heading coupler system and I can't wait to try it out..I would have to do a count but I think the 336 is #8 of my Northerns.

Actually, this one has a jack plug, and the 5th wire.. I have 12 Plasticville ranches, 5 of them from our original layout in the 50's. I also have 6 of the Cape Cods, again, 1 of them from our layout back in the 50's.

Flyernut, I looked at my inventory printout, I have a total of 26 Plasticville items including the #1-C Picket fence boxed set of 16 pieces, and a 4 piece set of utility poles. The other 24 items are common buildings, almost all in their OB's. According to the Guide there are 20 different color variations of the Ranch House and 12 variations of the Cape Cod house, so you have a good selection of both.

I have an earlier edition of that book. They are not expensive and worth having if interested in Plasticville.
That one I linked is $40. Are there pictures of each one? Everything? Rarity guide?

I looked at the contents of that newer edition. A lot of improvements have been made in the listings. It appears that the Marx line of buildings (sourced from Storytown) are no longer included nor are the buildings by Skyline.
My older edition has pictures of each item but not color pictures of all variations. Mine does not have rarity numbers but it has values for each variation which is sometimes more useful. It also lists all the parts in the box.
