Inspired by Mr. Benz on O-scale, my wife found this AHM by Riverrossi at our local store. It is in great shape, looks good, and runs very well. Hooray for Goodwill!

Great buy! I have a collection of Rivarossi/AHM locomotives. It it doesn’t run smooth, clean all the wheels, both tender and engine, the pick up wipers and clean up the contact post where the tender hooks to the engine. They are pretty sensitive to dirt or oxidation...

A working Riv for $5! That's a steal.
I picked up a nice clean AHM\RIV IHB 0-8-0 for $25 at my local shop and felt like a bandit.

If it is one that there is cab detail then you really got a steal. Saw one on eBay a couple months ago and it went for over $300. Las bid I saw on it was like $310 or something like that. You must have an awesome other half

Your photo of the GG1 and coach looks great. I don't know what doesn't look right. Of course, any GG1 photo looks good to me.
