I did a little woodwork for a friend and he paid me off in old steam engines. Starting at the bottom:
A Silvine 0-4-0 teakettle. This one took a good cleaning to be a runner but without a front coupler and weak pulling power not sure what I'm going to do with it. You can see sparks in the cab when it's running.
A Roundhouse Shay. Some of the running gear isn't installed, and frankly I haven't messed with it yet. Not sure if it's factory paint or not. HO Seeker has these in a 1993 catalog but not a 1985 catalog
An Aristocraft 2-4-2 Columbia. The prototype was displayed by Baldwin at the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition. This model had a broken tender truck (replaced now) and has a short I haven't managed to locate yet. It's in the 1962 catalog.
An Aristocraft 4-6-0 Ten Wheeler. This one is repainted from the "Royal Blue", but is still blue under the tender. It actually runs pretty nice, but isn't fond of the curves on my layout. The drivers are 78" on it. I'm tempted to build some 1800's passenger cars for it to pull.
A Roundhouse 4-4-2 Atlantic. Someone put some effort into customizing this kit, but it doesn't run & the plastic crank pins are badly mangled. I have an older version of this kit in the to-do pile with less plastic.

Gotta love old steam, too bad they are so temperamental.
