Hi, all. I found Marlkin track looks very good, but the system is AC, so I'd like to know how to converts to DC? Thanks!

I gotta this web, it says how to converts DC loco to run on AC track, but my problem is how to convertS AC track system to suit DC loco, it means change track, not loco. Thanks!

Biglou, welcome to the forum! Change to a DC transformer. Track is like wire----it doesn't care what you run through it. What you are trying to match is the loco and the transformer. Match them and you are home free. The only issue with track is three-rail vs two rail. If you are using two rail and you want to convert from AC to DC or DC to AC, all you have to do is change the transformer, not the track. AC locos can run on AC or DC. DC locos only run on DC, so you need a DC tranny to use a DC loco.
