The train set is on its way to my front porch. I will show pics after it arrives.
Lots of nice things in the pics. It was shipped sat. so I am thinking it will
arrive today or tomorrow. Looks like a very nice locomotive. Has been stored for
decades. Looks like it was stored well. I will lube it before I try to run it.

Had a very large heavy box delivered to my front porch today. All stuff in very good
condition. And very well packed. Took an hour to unwrap everything. All the stuff in
the pictures were there except the long K-Line track pieces. Maybe they did not fit.
The box was full. I got stuff not shown in the pics. Maybe the neatest surprise was
a like new hard bound K-Line American Flyer repair book. I swear I almost bought
one a couple of months ago. Got a cool metal truss bridge. The controllers for the
4 power switches were there. A diesel billboard horn. 2 really cool metal street lights
(these got to be prewar). And 2 really nice aluminum passenger cars (a 960 and a 962).
Plus the 3 passenger cars in the pics. 3 or 4 uncouplers, 1 manual. 4 or 5 button
control boxes. And of coarse the nice 312AC. I may have forgot somethings. It was
like Christmas going through the box. I want to thank ManyCoolToys for his generous
offer. I promised him pics and a video once I get it all lubed and running. I will try to
get pics of all the stuff. Got home late and it was dark by the time I got it unpacked.

Very seldom Tom. Very seldom. Gaming Commission has let the casinos around here tighten
machines up again. Before covid it was 95% payback. It is now 81% pay back. It is noticeable
They take alot of money in either way..

Thats a good plan. Our buffet has not reopened since covid. I do miss it.
I will be spending most of my time in the room. I have already spent the
allotment of money. LOL, and we have not even checked in. That really is ok.

Got 4 or 5 pics done today of stuff in my gift box. Went to put my SD card in the laptop
I am using now. Bummer. No slot for a standard size SD card. Looks like one for a mini.
Somewhere I have a mini that takes a standard size SD card. I will have to find it. Its not in my
camera case. Here is what I took pics of. AF repair book by K-Line, A nice condition 9B transformer.
ManyCoolToys says he bought it new around 1970. He says it is working intermittently and he
thought the coil just needs cleaned. I have a 12B transformer and it is doing the same thing. I have
not opened it up. Took pics of 2 street lights. They look prewar to me. Tom may know who made them and about what year. They are very nice but a little large for Flyer. A diesel horn billboard. I did not have one. I have a couple steam billboards. And a nice truss bridge. I have 3 or 4 similar but this one is 6 to 8 inches longer. Will try to get the pics posted soon.

Got me a USB C plug today with slots. Left it in the truck. Will get it in the morning.

Tom, will the Lionel app for a phone work on Legacy engines.? Still looking at the ES44AC.
A little harder since I won a few hundred today. Really don't need it but it is a nice engine.

I tried. Cannot get the adapter to work. $28.00, its going back. Its probably me.
Vivitar is the brand, sure wish my old laptop had not checked out.

As you can see I got the pics working. Took the Vivatar back and got an unkown brand, at least to me. New one is an ONN. Its cool. Has lights, more ports, and best of all it works, and was 5 bucks cheaper.
The first reader was a C port reader and this one is an A reader. At least for me it works much better.

There is more stuff in the box. And I hope to get pics soon. LOL, there is still a train to get pics of.


Defender, we will work out something. I was keeping everything from the box. You might need the track more than me.

Tom, I just could not get the first one to work. This one plugs in much more secure to the ports.
The first one should have worked.
