Anyone have a way to contact Grand Central Limited?

Placed an order online with them, no follow-up thus far. I have emailed with no response.

They have two phone numbers listed, one is out of service, the other in service, but goes straight to a recorded series of prompts with no way to leave a message.

Ordered a few days ago and want to follow up. Seem to still be in business, they just confirmed their hours on Google, and their online inventory was supposedly updated on the 23rd of February.

Any other phone numbers/emails/contacts for them?

Your bank or credit card company can cancel that order in a second. That should get their attention.

I read that AFTER the order was placed, unfortunately. However, the site does specifically say inventory was updated last Wednesday.

The big problem is the phone issue. There's no way to actually reach them. If the phone doesn't ring, but instead goes to its automated system, and if the mailbox is full, there's no way to make contact.

I don't want to cancel the order if they have the two items. However, I also don't want to wait in limbo trying to find out. One of the two items is out of stock from all the other online retailers, but is one of those things that a smaller shop that does less mail order might have on the shelf. Same with the second item, but much more expensive.
