Those wheel sets must be made of gold if they’re that expensive. I just looked over their website and they have good looking possibly “river counter” dead on accurate models but that’s a steep price for a car in my humble opinion anyway

Yeah I'm not saying it's worth it but it's appears worth it to someone.

The gondola description says something about ... "

34 etched brass parts per car, including: side sheets, floor, end stiffener plates, retaining valve bracket, air reservoir brackets, ABD valve bracket, brake pulley brackets and pulley mounts, brake step and inferior and superior cross-member gussets.

Brass side sheets on our gondola! Finally, deform and weather without the nonsense of wielding a soldering iron and melting plastic!..."

But I don't work for them. Have nothing to do with them. Just posting out of general interest.

Just the other day there was a post about melting plastic to deform etc...

Anyway be nice to see some in person.

For sure. I would think if you’re looking to have a couple to have in a scrap yard on your layout or something those would be ideal. I have seen some rough ones in real life so that would help add some realism
