So I'm looking for boxes to store my locos/ cars in. Anyone got a source for boxes about the size of an Athearn box?
I used to use old business card boxes but my local source stopped carrying them.

On EBay I have often seen auctions for lots of empty Athern boxes. I saw an old Model Railroader magazine article were someone took vinyl downspouts and cut them to the length of train cars. Then stacked them on an desk. They fit the cars perfectly.

Thought about that. I use them for my electronics stuff. Just haven't made it to walmart/target yet to see what other sizes they have.

I also like the downspout idea.
