How come you get to have an avatar Tworail but the rest of us do not?

Does it have something to do with the hierarchy or something? I am really jealous right now

I do not even see an option to upload one... Like the little bubble "Do not use an avatar" is selected and there is no way to unselect it... Hitting "Reset Fields" does not do anything either... This is what I see when I go into the "Edit Avatar" menu...

When I hit 3000 posts, Komodo was kind enough to make me a new avatar to celebrate it. However, I'm now crowding 3500...claiming 3000 is sort of like a politician claiming to be the strong, silent type. I think it's time to revert to my old AV, again (as soon as I can find it!).
