Losts of companies (Details West, for one) sell so-called super-detailimg parts. You can probably find a headlight casting that looks right, and install it yourself.

Maybe you can get the "Loco Detailing Kit" from MDC Roundhouse it contains some different kinds of Smokestacks and of course Baldwin Headlight Lanterns. Look onto eBay, because the old MDC Roundhouse stuff is no more in production since Horizon Hobbies Inc. baught the Company.
