been up in my train room almost all day now. LOL. so I got thinking, about how cool, a background would look in there. my room is a big, what use to be a bedroom. the walls are kinda of a dark sky blue ? I guess.and the ceiling is white. the ceiling is flat in the center, then slopes down,on both sides. was thinking, some big and small blue cloulds for there all over, the ceiling.
the walls leaveing them the color they are now, and somehow some green hills. then some higher peaks, and paint them whitel, ike if they were snow cover. I don't know, what do you think ? oh ya,if it any help, my layout is U shaped.

I was watching I love toy trains just the other day and this gentleman had a very nice setup with the background painted on the wall. I would suggest maybe not doing mountains but perhaps just a sky in the background. This way you can use chickenwire and plaster roll to make mountains in the background right on your display. Do you have a tunnel or mountains currently?
