I don’t remember the box cars but I certainly remember those animal crackers from my youth. 
Barnum's Animal Crackers and Alcos
Came across these photos of an older S&Y RR layout from about 10 years ago or so.
The Nabisco Barnum's Animal Cracker boxcars are from either KMT or Franks Trains, memory is not as sharp as it use to be.
