Bought a basket case on e bay I like challenge this not my first my 353 flying circus was worse bought a 370 diesel yes a diesel seller wanted 50.00 offered 30.00 sold here r some pics.

All ready stripped down need a few parts the shell will be a challenge that will be most expensive part have most of the parts. Need a few minor parts

I got it going, after all these years the e unit still needs work. But it runs.

I bought a Hudson also that looked like it sat at the bottom of Bikini Sound,lol. When I showed my wife a picture of it she asked if I could fix it, and I said yep.. She said then buy it, I did, and the rest is history.

The horns are still good. Save them.
You could use it If you had a place to set it up as a crash scene, or put it in a scrapyard on your layout, hang it off a crane car.
Or send it to the aka The Epoxy man, (T-man), he would epoxy it to look like new.

Bought a shell from Doug Peck last night and decal painted Frame and weight replaced upper and lower fingers cleaned drum bench tested works good still have to get the right truck chassis for rear u style.

New shell came in today from Doug Peck put decals on here is a couple pics. Also hooked up 4 link couple tanker cars having a hard time staying on to 370 switcher any suggestions would appreciate it. Thanks Al

It looks good. The coupler bars appear to be at the correct height. Make sure the link couplers on the car that couples to the 370 are as low as you can set them and not have them underrun the bar. If they still uncouple it may be necessary to use a file to back cut the coupler.

Thanks I filled the coupler it seems when it goes on the curve tracks.
