I am trying to decorate one of this road's IPD cars, whose color I've seen described as 'pale lime green'. That ain't so easy to buy paint for. What I found was Vallejo lime green and I could mix it and white to lighten the lime green to 'pale'.

Sound reasonable to the jury?

Thanks!

Well for starters, you can't go wrong using Vallejo acrylics.
Are you airbrushing or handbrushing?

White might work.
But if not, you might need to try a light gray.
I've learned that what seems logical, doesn't always play out with paints.
Good luck... post the result.

Well understood about paint mixing. Intuition may not work.

Thanks, I'll add a light gray to the shopping list.
