I made an order from Kuhn Eurobahn trains from Marietta, Pennsylvania last month, i'm trying to joint them by e'mail, fax, phone...no answer. Is somebody know if they'r still doing business?

You could check with the Better Buisness Bureau in Penn.

Orders can take six weeks or longer. What did the order say?
The guy probably gets them from overseas then he has to ship to you.The site didn't look like he had stuff in stock.

Hello, they send me a confirmation about my order on the 13 oct 2008. Is it normal for them to not respond to me?

A reputable store would list the item as in stock and give an estimated time of delivery. Some send emails to you to track the item after it is shipped.
This could be just a one man operation. You never know. He could be doing train shows. It's that time of year.
