Randgust, has announced a CF7 Kit in N scale. This is a first time for this model to be offered in N Scale. It is being built to accomadate a Atlas GP7 mechanism. Athearn has sold this model out now for 4 runs with a 5th expected to come out in April.
They are a popular little Switcher that is/was used on many different Shortlines.

i love this loco, here is my (Ath RTR)

Cool Anton, I like those little Locos, I have one also in HO. I will have todig it out here soon. I plan on using it in the Old Brooklyn terminal. On my Coney Island HO layout.

Thanks for sharing yours :thumbsup: I like the paint scheme and detail on the stairs

I kitbashed a couple from Kato chassis' and Atlas bodies a few years back. I use them for my locals from time to time. Glad to see the n-scale guys getting a model of it. I used an article from MRR magazine for instructions. The bashing went smoother than a lot of articles I've tried. Pretty much a "cut and glue".
