I had a broken excavator arm and other pieces lying around so I thought it be cool to make a lowboy carrying heavy equipment parts. Used some styrene to simulate boards for the transporting.

Also had a bunch of BNSF decals left over and decided to make a small fleet of work vehicles and a BNSF police car....easy project to make.....

You have to get some chains or straps on that load, DOT writeup. :)

I actually have N scale chains, just can't remember where I stored them, lol.
It would be nice if the chain anchors on the trailer actually moved to bind down the chain. :)
We used to have a member who sold chain in different sizes, good deals.
He has not been on for a very long time.
Looks nice! Happy little accidents. 🙂

Funny you should mention it. I have amassed already 4 Athearn pumpers and 1 rescue unit along with 2 additional police cars. waiting on the ambulance to show up that I had ordered.

Had a white Kato Volvo tractor and a Trainworx FedEx trailer. Added some FedEx decals and now have a nice set.

Waiting on some Cargill and CAT decals to make a service truck and pickup.
Pix will follow....
