I have the Good N Plenty Loco that I want to convert to B&O (see photos) . Curious how I can get decals.

Also there is the Caboose 'Good N Plenty" but found a B&O just like it. Then again, decals.

Good N Plenty just seems a little juvenile to me.

Also should it have a tender car?

Any advice?

Those are switchers. They didn’t leave the area they worked in, such as a large yard or dock so they didn’t need a tender. Or they just ran on a short branch line, like Thomas.
(Some steam switchers did use tenders.)

The model also has a coupler at the rear. Steamers are usually connected to tenders by draw bars. You also could probably find exceptions to that, in both the real and model world.

That is a 0-4-0T, a common switcher configuration. The "T" denotes a tank engine. Coal is carried in the bunker behind the cab, and water in two tanks hung from a saddle over the boiler. That's why the sides look so bulky.
